Each of the romantic guest rooms in this Saratoga Springs Bed & Breakfast are unique in their appointments and offer private baths. The rooms are luxurious, air conditioned and spacious with 14' ceilings, detailed moldings, 150-year-old wooden window shutters and original gas lighting fixtures. Three of the rooms have marble fireplaces and all have been appointed to provide you with maximum comfort.

While it's good to get away, we understand your need to communicate. We provide guests with access to telephone, a wireless internet computer connection and cable television.

Painted in a deep shade of maroon with cream molding this room was the Mansions breakfast room when built in 1866. Today it Features a massive, exotic dark wood king bed with matching dresser, mirrored armoire and a private bath.

The West room is located on the first floor just off the library for easy access. The multi-wood parquet floor is partially covered by a beautiful oriental rug with the original four-arm Waterford chandelier hanging above the bed. On the west wall of the room is a functioning massive white marble coal fireplace. The fireplace is flanked by two 8' windows.

The feel of this wonderful room is both warm and romantic. It's a very special place that would be perfect for an anniversary, birthday celebration or just with a bottle of Champagne and the person you adore.

This room is our most unique, featuring two floors. This cheerful getaway done with tasteful floral & pink is located by itself at the very top of The Mansion.

You will enter into a lower bedroom area with an attached private bath fit with a skylight. There is also an internal staircase that will take you to the tower sitting area. This room has a beautiful fabric draped ceiling and windows that wrap around you giving you a gorgeous 360 degree views of the entire area by day and the stars by night. Perfect for a couple wanting to getaway from the word. A place where you can relax uninterrupted, enjoy the view, each other and bottle of your favorite wine.

Formerly the kitchen of the Mansion, this large room has been converted into one of the most popular rooms of the house. Decorated with period wall covering it features a magnificent four-poster king size bed (that you will need to climb into), a matching dresser, and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub.

This room is located on the first floor of the Mansion right off the formal dining room and has a private entrance from the parking area as well as a very large outside deck which is perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails.

Look out any of the front windows for a perfect view the ‘ol millstream from this magnificent southern exposure room. Its 14' ceilings are ideal for the commanding mahogany king size four-poster bed featured within this room.

This is one of the four original bedroom of the Mansion and is situated on the second floor of the house, the walls are painted dark and rich to compliment the gold and silver tones of the Croscill period bedding.

The Victorian Empire style mirrored triple armoire on the north wall of the room is one of the more interesting antiques featured within the Mansion.

Guests love the opulence of the second floor Canfield room. Painted cool Wedgwood blue, the Canfield is one of the original Mansion bedrooms – perhaps the bedroom of George West. This room features a 14' ceiling, private bath with a shower and a luxurious king size bed fit for royalty with a matching dresser.

This room, like the San Souci, faces the old mill and pond offering great windows with southern exposure. The Waterford chandelier located is set within an especially interesting ceiling medallion.

You eyes will be drawn to the room's eastern wall featuring a unique marble fireplace (non-functioning) and a portrait of a rather portly nobleman.

Located on the western side of the 2nd floor, the Artesian room is the most private bedroom of the Mansion. An original bedroom, it includes a private bath with shower, 14' ceilings, Waterford chandelier and cream colored floral wall covering.

A beautiful, masculine, Victorian cherry wood king bed and dresser. We find that since the bedroom is on the quiet side of the Mansion, our guests find that the Artesian is a great room for those who love to sleep late.

On the east side of the 2nd floor of the Mansion, this very sunny, original bedroom room looks down on the fountain and gardens. This room is the most photographed bedroom and was featured in Victorian Homes Magazine – it’s a knockout!

The 14' ceiling, golden walls and white marble fireplace become a backdrop for the 19th Century high Victorian and quite decadent queen bedroom set. The distinctive black set is hand painted with a floral and gold leaf design.

The over-mantel is Victorian East Lake and wonderfully reflects the two-arm Waterford chandelier. As with all rooms the Excelsior is complete with private bath and shower.

On the second floor we have combined two rooms in the rear of the Mansion into a very comfortable and romantic suite with private bath. The front bedroom offers a queen sized four poster bed with a paddle fan to keep a cool breeze always blowing.

Walk through a companionway to a second bedroom also featuring a queen sized bed. Both rooms are decorated in deep olive and gold colors with a full bath located off the second bedroom.

Since these rooms are in the rear of the Mansion they will tend to be private and quiet. It's a perfect accommodation for a family.

At the top of the grand staircase you will find the Casswood Suite. Once two bedrooms used by the Mansion staff they have been combined into a very unique space. This is not the run of the mill queen size bedroom. It features a cozy, yet over-the-top opulent bed chamber decorated in golds and reds.

The bathroom is large and dramatic featuring a Jacuzzi tub. Unlike other rooms in the house, two French doors open to second floor private deck. It's a great place to escape in your Mansion robe with a great book and a glass of your favorite wine.

The Cottage/ Private House

Would you like a getaway that is private and feels like your own home? The Mansion Inn's Cottage could be the perfect place for you. Situated perfectly on our lush grounds behind The Mansion, The Cottage is your own private house. With two bedrooms each featuring a queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms. The Cottage also features a full kitchen, living room w/ cable TV, and private deck with tables and chairs. All overlooking our gardens, pond and our three Mansion Swans. Rental of The Cottage is a 2 night minimum/ 3 night minimum during Track Season. A 15% discount is given to guests who would like to rent The Cottage for 5 or more nights.

PLEASE NOTE: The Cottage rate is set for a total of 4 people, although can sleep 5 for an extra $75 a person/per night.
